The long waited OnePlus 6T is official now and will be available for $549. The company OnePlus has announced the OnePlus 6T at the launch event today in New York city with best-in-class features than its superiors.
Talking about the device itself, OnePlus 6T don’t have many changes from its predecessor, the OnePlus 6 but it does have some additional features. It includes an in-display fingerprint scanner, a bigger battery, larger display with small notch and low-light camera feature.
Sadly, they removed the headphone jack :/
OnePlus 6T Specifications
OnePlus 6T sports a 6.41inch FHD+ AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The OnePlus 6T is powered by an octave-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset paired with 6/8GB of RAM. It comes in 2 storage variants, 128GB and 256GB. The device runs latest OxygenOS which is based on Android 9.0 Pie.
Having a look at the cameras, it features dual rear camera setup with 16MP & 20MP respectively. It can shoot 4K videos at 60fps and comes with OIS, EIS too. The front camera is equipped with 16MP which supports 1080p recording at 30fps. The device is enabled with Face Unlock feature which is said to unlock the smartphone in just 0.4 seconds.
The OnePlus 6T comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor and the device is packed with 3,700mAh battery along with fast charging support (30 mins). The connectivity support includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802ac, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C (v2.0) port.
OnePlus 6T Price & Availability
The OnePlus 6T will be available for $549 in the US (6GB RAM + 128GB) and the 8GB variant will cost around $579. For the 256GB variant, it cost you $629. The company hasn’t announced about the launch of OnePlus 6T in India. But it would roughly cost you above 40,000 INR.
