Lenovo, the already emerged brand in India popular for their smartphones, computers and of course laptops unveiled their new $100 smartphone named Lenovo Lemo K3.
Lemo is maybe an abbreviation of Lemon because this smartphone is available in a lemon like yellow colour which is pretty bright. The idea is unique and one of a kind in the budget segment.
It has a 5.0 inch capacitive IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280×720(HD 720). Display looks bright with decent saturation and colours look bright.
The pixel density of the phone is 294ppi.
Lemo K3 packs some budget specs only. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked @ 1.3 Ghz coupled with Adreno 306 clocked at 400MHz for graphics. It has 1GB of RAM and comes with 16GB of storage which is expandable upto 32GB. This kind of performance is kinda expected from this smartphone and there should not be any problem while playing light games.
Talking about the camera now, Lenovo equipped this phone with an 8MP rear camera having f/2.2 aperture and 28mm wide angle lens. There is also a 2MP front facing camera for selfies. The camera quality is pretty good and there was no over saturation whatsoever.
Lenovo also managed to put dual speakers in this phone which is amazing because the sound quality is pretty amazing, thanks to some software optimisations.
Battery is pretty decent too considering the fact that it is a $100 smartphone. It has a 2300mAh battery. There is no complaint about the battery backup of this phone.
Lenovo basically launched this smartphone to counter it’s competition, Xiaomi and their budget smartphones.
